Wedding Packages

The Premier Package

Our Premier Package is a full service solution for the busy couple who desires hands on professional assistance throughout the entire planning process. From the initial “yes” to the day you both say ‘I do”, we are with you every step of the way to ensure that you have the signature wedding you’ve always dreamed of. Armed with your desired budget and your wish list we quickly begin working on executing every special detail to share your story. We supervise, coordinate and manage every aspect and meeting surrounding your wedding. Simply stated you are the 100% featured premier couple.

(Full Planning Package based on 250 guests or less) Includes complete planning, coordination and facilitation of your wedding ceremony and reception.

  • Initial consultation to explain the planning and coordination process
  • Up to thirty 2 hour professional consultations via telephone/in person scheduled between thehours of 10 a.am. – 7 p.m., Monday – Friday throughout the planning process
  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
  • Discussion and development of theme, color, style and wedding design
  • Referrals of professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provideyou with suggestions and guidance in making the final selection
  • Schedule and attend up to 5 vendor appointments of your choice
  • Establish and manage planning timeline with periodic updates
  • Development of task list to be completed monthly by bride and groom
  • Assists with snacks and beverages for the bridal party
  • Plan ceremony (including seating, processional and recessional)
  • Assist with ceremony and reception programs
  • Assistance with collecting addresses for invitations via online address software
  • Provide marriage license information
  • Review all vendor contracts to assist in finalizing the details, negotiate prices and assist inresolving any concerns
  • Track and coordinate vendor payments and payment due dates
  • Confirm contract details to all contracted vendors
  • Act as a liaison between bride and groom and the vendors after the contract is signed
  • Identify and coordinate out-of-town guest hotel accommodations along with negotiating roomrates (Up to 2 hotels)
  • Coordinate the transportation arrangements for out of town guests
  • Manage the selection/design of the wedding stationary; save the dates, invitations. programsand escort cards
  • Assemble the Save-the-Dates, Invitations and Announcements
  • Oversee the mailing of wedding Save-the-Dates, Invitations and Announcements
  • Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
  • Development and distribution of a detailed wedding weekend timeline, itinerary and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party (venue must provide sample floor plan)
  • Wedding rehearsal supervision which includes both the ceremony and reception (2.5 hours maximum)
  • On-site coordination and supervision at each event for up to 10 hours on the day of the event
  • Development and assembly welcome packets for out of town guests to be distributed byPremier Events & Décor at guest’s hotel (up to 2 hotels)
  • Manage vendors & décor setup at ceremony and reception site
  • Organize & Distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members and special guests
  • Provide Bridal Emergency Kit – aspirin, energy bars, mints, sewing kit, etc.
  • Place table names, stationary, place cards, guest sign in book floral décor centerpieces, favors,toasting glasses and serving set per client’s instructions
  • Oversee ushers, gift table and guest book attendant
  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony and reception site and for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding
  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception with Master ofCeremonies
  • Greeting guests and directing them to the ceremony and reception areas
  • Management of all wedding day vendors
  • Cue the bridal party through the ceremony processional
  • Manage the timing and executions of the wedding day events at the ceremony and reception
  • Transport any ceremony items from the ceremony location to the reception site (with the exceptions of flowers)
  • Wedding rehearsal supervision which includes both the ceremony and reception (2.5 hours maximum)
  • Distribution of final payments to vendors on the wedding day
  • Coordinate the DJ or band to execute the correct music selection and MC announcements
  • Ensure that the gifts are loaded and prepared for transportation
  • Coordinate break-down of the event**Please note that the services listed above do not include running any wedding related errands such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, etc.

The Premium Package

Our premier package is the ideal fit for the couple that's been busy planning the dream wedding and has sorted through many of the major decisions successfully. We understand your desire to keep the sweat equity and satisfaction of being "knee deep" in the wedding planning process while mitigating against that overwhelmed and over done feeling. We realize that all you need is for someone to walk along side you to guide the remaining tasks and assist in the finalizing and managing the tedious details. We'll kindly stay on top of deadlines, determine the overall event flow, create an extensive timeline and assist in pulling together the finite details.

(Partial planning package based on 250 guests or less) Includes partial planning, complete coordination and facilitation of your wedding ceremony and reception.

The Premier 30 Day Takeover

Are you ready for a "take over"? This service is perfect for the Do It Yourself (DIY) couple. You know what you want, you've looked around, completed the research and gathered all of the beautiful pieces. To ensure you have the day to remember, you desire to have the perfect person behind the scenes bringing your vision to life. This package begins 30 days prior to your wedding date and sees you through to the last guests departs.
  • We will walk through your event details to ensure we have a full detailed and visual understanding.
  • We will create a detailed timeline
  • Call and confirm with all vendors
  • Provide rehearsal directions to your friends and family.
  • On the big day we are all hands on deck, tending to vendors, setting up and managing to ensure the details you have worked so hard to create turn into the vision and reality you’ve dreamed of.
